The California Cancer Registrars Association is a nonprofit organization that is seeking support for our 2026 CCRA Annual Educational Meeting. This conference will be held on Monday, November 2nd, 2026, and will provide education for current and future cancer registrars.
We are seeking monetary support from our community to allow us to continue offering this annual conference to our dedicated California cancer registrars. For this live and virtual conference, we are offering ad space in the program at the following levels:
- Full Page (8.5X11”) | $300
- Half Page | $150
- Quarter Page | $75
Each level includes a company logo displayed on a “Sponsored By” slide to be played during conference breaks.

Bronze: $300
The entry-level, offering basic benefits like logo inclusion on a website or in event materials and social media shout-outs.
Silver: $500
Includes all Bronze benefits plus more prominent logo placement on event websites, banners, and features in newsletters.
Gold: $1,000
Provides enhanced exposure with more prominent logo placement, a speaking slot, and VIP networking opportunities.
Platinum: $1,500
The top tier, offering the most substantial benefits, including prominent branding on all promotional materials, high-level speaking opportunities, and prime placement in all marketing channels

Cancellations
Exhibitor Registration
Registration will close at 11:59 PM PT on October 29, 2026.
When you register online, you will have the option to pay by mail with a check or pay online with a credit card (AMEX, Discover, Mastercard, or Visa). You will receive two emails once you register – 1) a confirmation email and 2) a registration statement email which serves as your receipt (if you paid by credit card) or invoice (if you plan to pay by check).
If you are paying by check, make your check payable to KnowledgeConnex, include your invoice # that is on your registration statement email, and mail your check to KnowledgeConnex. The mailing address will be on the registration statement email.
